Dolls of the Past

A doll is a replica of a person, often called a toy or collectible, made of wood, fabric, plastic, or porcelain. In the old days, there were mainly female dolls; however, all this changed—a doll can be female, male, or baby, and of any color.
My dolls are 20–30 years old. The one in the middle is a Russian talking doll; she talks no more, and she was my first communion gift from my parents. The one on the left is a Polish folk doll that came with us to Canada, and the one on the bottom right corner is a musical clown that I got from my sister. Yes, I still have them. I was able to preserve them or take care of them, and here they are 30 years later. The other dolls that I used to have are just memories now.
