After a few days of rain and high winds, the skies finally cleared out, and there's nothing like a cloud-free sky with a very bright half moon. There is not a full moon yet; however, a few more days and the sky will be illuminated. Let's just hope for good weather here in Aurora, Ontario. Well, I haven't taken moon photos for a while now, but once I saw Bob's latest moon photography, I was getting impatient with the weather. I think (I'm still learning to map it properly) that the big hole in the middle of the moon closer to the shadow is the Copernicus crater.

Good luck with the shoot :)
Do you use a telescope as a lens?

Great shot!!! The moon was in the sky during the day Sunday and I watched a jet fly above its white image leaving its trail. It was a beautiful sight.

Such a gorgeous moon!!! I am not even going to say what feelings it raised in me...too romantic lol!
I won't even share the Portuguese weather...ok, I will: 28ºC! It's hot and sunny...
I loved the way you expressed your not having dreams: it was like a realistic painting!
Cheers
Again, i absolutely love the pic! And I kid you not!
Anna thanks for sharing the story, it so touching and definitely a lesson learnt heart.
