Just in case you did not read my Story Blob, Share Your Christmas Moments post - last year I decided to dress up as Santa Clause. My Santa costume (on the photo above) is hand made by me, and yes it took a long time, every night of the whole week and one weekend, and I still forgot to make myself a belly. I was sawing like crazy, and on the end all this work was really worth something - we all had a blast. I did special appearance for my two nephews and one niece, and of course I delivered few gifts to my neighbors. Note no snow on Christmas Day last year. Gifts are nice, but I think the feeling of Christmas, the laughter and most of all time with the family is the best gift one can get. Dressing up as Santa is something I really enjoy, and this personal addiction or kind of funny side of me I think really goes hand in hand with the seven wonders of the meme tag game.
I got this meme from Peter from St Vincent's Hospital Darlinghurst - Male Nurses and for this tagging game I would like to show off the strange side of me, and even it is strange, still this is who I am, and I am not planning to change any time soon, lol. But before I go on, let me tell you a little bit about Peter from St Vincent's Hospital Darlinghurst - Male Nurses. Peter is a nice guy that I met accidentally. I visited his blog, and one of his early posts had these nice old and antique photos of nurses that I liked, so I left a comment on one of the posts. I wasn't sure at that time if I ever be back there, but believe or not I am there almost every day now. So what happened. Well Peter was so nice, and welcomed me, and we found out that even he is a nurse and I am an engineer, we have many things in common or even same but reversed. It was all unexpected. Please stop by Peter's blog and you will not be disappointed - just let you know he like to blog very late at night so don't be surprised when your comment is answered in a matter of minutes. BTW he got this nice digital camera for Christmas and anytime soon on Peter's blog we will be exploring the most beautiful images from Australia.
Seven Wonders of Meme
No. 1: I am vivid dreamer. Okay not that kind of dreamer you thinking about. There is no single night that I don't have dreams. I have all kinds of dreams - happy, funny, sad, terrible, scary, or sometimes continuation of my day - I also talk, walk and punch during night. I remember during my university years, in my dreams I used to write test and exams all the time, I think I was failing because there was not enough dream time, lol.
No. 2: I have been hunted by number eleven all my life - I always been number eleven in the student list in elementary school, my husband was born on the eleventh (in September), his favorite number is eleven, we got mail box number eleven, we once sat under some ceiling part number eleven on the airport in Vegas, every time I get a chance to look at the clock it is always eleven minutes after some time, my godchild was born on the eleventh, my sister was born in November - eleventh month, and the list can be much bigger if I could remember all the incidences. However, someone may say the eleven is on the spot light because I don't pay attention to other numbers that much, lol.
No 3: The only video games I enjoy are mind games: Tetris is number one, I can play for hours and hours. I have Nintendo DS and I can connect via wireless with others to play, they still beat me, but hey if I won all the time, I probably get bored. Then there are other, like Brain Age (you man want to read this), Big Brain Academy, Solitaire a free game always included with MS Windows, Puzzles - you name it. As I said it is probably because they are challenge to me, and I like the challenge. Never solved the Rubik Cube - btw I have one in my bowling ball bag.
No 4: I love cooking, still learning how to bake. I never follow recipes, I hate recipes, I make stuff from pictures and causal reading. I don't think I can make anything formal or that has name attached to it, I just cook stuff that tastes good, and it is healthy and now low on salt. I will not start cooking until I assemble everything in my head. I like to be successful first time. No dish is ever the same.
No 5: I am very organized - and I love things in order. I have lists of things to do. My school notes were almost prefect, were taken away from me by a year younger students and never returned to me. People used to copy notes from my notes as opposed to from the blackboard - it was very annoying. I don't have much room for all the gifts I received over the years of my life, and with the power of digital technology I photograph all the articles and packaged them into containers. So now instead of opening all the boxes I just look at the index sheets.
No 6: I get head ache when I talk to much. I don't have many friends in real life, see them every few years if someone decides to invite me, and I don't mind. My family is my friend whether I like it or don't like it. I like blogging because finally someone is listening to me.
No 7: I am not going to tell you now, lol. You can try to guess all you want, but I will make it - to be continued...
To continue this Seven Wonders of Meme, I would like to pass this tag to this wonderful young lady full of energy and lot of life knowledge - Max, my blogger friend Livingsword from Life on the Blade blog that you met earlier reading the proudest moment of my life post, and who has been really good and patient with me even though I am not a Survivor type person; and the most recent friendly blogger David from David's Images of Nature Photography Gallery blog I just met that has unique way to look at the nature, and he is from Australia too.

Now! Everywhere I look and everything I read, there is Santa. So he's/she got to be true!
Santa is a person that delivers presents on Christmas Eve, but this Santa (you) has come early and given me a very special gift. So thank you Santa.
Before I get to No.1 on your list, and this is really spooky but nice, today is the 11th, so your spot on with No.2.
Blogging is great when you get to meet people from all over the world. For me there are no boundaries and the world is just one country.
Now for the Santa's list!
(1) Another thing we have in common. I dream about anything and everything. Some dreams are not even related to my life etc, but I suppose that's what dreams are all about.
(2) I have no special number really, except for "0" which is usually my bank balance. Ho! Ho!
(3) I love shoot 'em up games. See, I'm just a big kid.
(4) I love cooking especially when I can use the microwave.
(5) I'd love to be organised but I can't get organised to do it.
(6) Sometimes I get headaches but usually I'm the one to give them to someone else.
(7) It's good not to give everything away about oneself. It makes life more interesting.
Thank You Anna / Santa
Regards
Peter from Downunder!
Thank you for your kind words, and for the tag you gave me. I have I really appreciate this gift, and as Peter said, it is before Christmas too! :)
I will certainly *try* to follow up this tag on my blog, but I can't guarantee that I'll get around to it. Nowadays I am so busy, that I barely have time to write the posts that I do already! So don't be worried if I don't manage to get something up, I still appreciate what you have done. :)
It is great to be able to meet photographers from all over the world, and blogging is the best way to do this in my experience. One can meet so many friends from blogging that you wouldn't meet in normal life. It has been great to meet you through our blogs, and to be able to exchange photos and ideas.
So thanks a lot for your thoughts, and hopefully I'll be able to get a meme tag post up myself. Keep an eye out, I should be fairly free tomorrow, so I might get a post up then if I'm lucky! :)
Cheers,
David (from Down Under too!)
I had so many good Christmas moments that I wouldn't know which one to pick from but Am happy you can share yours with us this year and I know we will do it again next year in Jesus Mighty Name Amen.
I also have vivid dreams. Just had one last night I was back at college, but living it in a rich lifestyle. LOL
Hugs, Nancy
What a terrific Santa costume: you look great!!! Ok, I know that your nephew said that you were skinny, as a Santa; but now that I look at the pic, I think that you were fly, girl lol :)!
I will drop by Pete's blog :)!
This meme is great!!! It will be an honour to complete it (I'll leave a note when I do), thanks *bowing*!
Comments:
1- I know what you mean; dreams are part of my daily life too lol. I find it great, don't you?
2- the number eleven is awesome (it means strength) :). You are a lucky person :).
3 - Don't even talk about tetris with me lol. I LOVE IT!!!! I also love solitaire, hearts, and all sorts of puzzles...I can't forget the MS windows Taipei: love it too! Do I sound too weird now LOL?
4- lol that is interesting. Well, I do cook too; although I am still learning a lot of stuff. I follow recipes; but I always change things (cause I am presumptuous enough to think that my way is more interesting lol); and as long as it tastes and looks good, that's all that matters. I bake cakes, cookies, bread you name it...! I don't do it everyday, but I am practicing for when I get married :). My kids and hubby will not eat pre-cooked food (full of chimicals).
5- wow...you're really organised. I thought I was, but now I am not so sure lol ;).
6- here we are a bit different: I talk a lot and give others headaches LOL LOL :). But my family is also my main source of friendship, and I love it that way :D. I have a few friends, but I don't see them all the time now, cause my life has shifted a bit :). Blogging friends are awesome, indeed :). Well, I love talking but I also love listening; so whenever you feel like talking: I am here for you :-D!
7- I love "to be continued..." sections LOL...I will be waiting for it then :).
Thank you for tagging me, Anna; I will post it soon. I sensed that I would be tagged this week, and I am glad that you were the one who tagged me :)!
And I must thank you for the kind words "young lady full of energy, and lot of life knowledge"...are you trying to make me blush lol? :).
Cheers
~JD
I love this post because it gives me a feeling for who you are. We seem to be similar in liking our solitary time. But you are way more organized than I am.
When I talk too much I suddenly get very insecure because I think I'm revealing too much and hogging the platform. But that makes me even more insecure, so I tend to talk more!
Thanks for the enjoyable post and for introducing us to your blogging buddies!
Yes dreams are exciting, sometimes I wake up and it feels like I just came from the Moon, or was part of some crazy movie, lol. Yes I find it great Max.
Thanks about number 11, now I know that 11 is strength, I better not disappoint that number, lol.
Oh Max, you too with all these games, that is cool, and yes I remember the Taipei too, used to play all the time. Wow I say.
Trust me even when I am 100 years old, I still be learning about cooking too. I think it is important to follow recipes at the beginning, and then you can develop your own style. And you can bake, that is great, wow, all this stuff. Yes precooked stuff is really not good for you, know that low fat means more chemicals, and whatever taste good it is either full of salt or MSGs.
I think we are all organized in our own way, if you ever see my clothes by bed, you probably said what a mess - I kind of choose what I want to organize, because some of the stuff is kind if waste of time for me - one way or the other I will wear those clothes, lol.
So you are the opposite, so now I should expect double headache, because through blogging we both talk a lot, lol, lol....thanks for listening, lol....and to be continued. So your life got shifted, knowing you, probably to the good side.
I will be then waiting for your response, and you are blushing or it is just reflection from the Santa suit, lol. Take care and will see you later Max, Anna :)
All the best!
Peter
Wow! Am I ever going to have fun with this one!!!
Have you ever heard of the Supertramp song Dreamer?
Do you like seven-eleven?
Have you ever played Super Tetris?
Have you ever made a meal from a travel adventure book?
Do you use post-it notes for your lists (do you check them twice Santa)?
Anna dear blogging is real life :)
My guess on number seven is….you also dress up as the Easter Bunny!
Anna thanks for the tag you did a great job!!!!!
Thanks for reading my blog again. I keep checking yours out too. I really like your Santa picture. You look snuggly in your Santa outfit!
Have a great day!

One more thing....is there an easy way you could recommend for me to add a copyright text on my photos? My mom and I are not so computer or tech smart.....and I'd like to add if possible....if we can figure out how to do it!!!!
Thanks, for any help......
--JB
Good morning!
Hugs, JJ
You are welcome, plus I like meeting new people :). Ooohh, thank you (that is kind of you) *bowing*!
LOL yes, you better not disappoint the number 11 :). It is a very good number.
Wow, indeed...I am starting to think that we are very similar lol :).
I declared war to chemicals. Did you know that I don't even take pills? I have the feeling that they will consume my body up, and it will be a mess lol *nodding*. So, I prefer to stay healthy, and eat healthy stuff (it's bad enough that most vegetables are full of chemicals too...one of these days I will create a small vegie farm in my terrace LOL)!
LOL I see, so you neglect your clothes a bit, ey? I am obssessed by my clothes. They are organised by colours, mind you (not that I wear many colours, I am a dark clothes kinda girl lol).
LOL LOL true, blogging makes us talk a lot :). You're most welcome :).
You got it: it shifted for better, indeed :).
Cheers
Thank you SO much for your help with the text for photos. Your suggestion will do for now. Mom and I will work on this tonight, after she gets off work. I added you as a favorite blog on my site.
Thanks again!!!
--JB (and mom)
I noticed yesterday that you were able to add the watermark to your images. I think it is great idea to do that, as your blog name can go places, if someone decided to take your photo. Hope you like the editor, but don't forget there are many others and you can find it while googling.
Check my latest post....
See you around, Anna :)
Yes we are similar, we are humans, we are both females, and we both like blogging, lol, and joking aside, yes I think we got lot of things in common, and let me think that is why we get along so well, lol, no doubt yes we do. So you always want to fight, ehhh, declaring war on chemicals this time, but I tell you this is the best fight you can choose for your benefit and benefit of others. Yes I don't like to take medications also. When I was a kid (a long time ago), I used to be one sick kid eating medication all day long. I think my parents though medication was they way, but hey who does not get sick from others, and during winter and when you run around like crazy mad kid, and doesn't get tired. I think this is great way to imagine medication girl - way to go. Veggie farm, oh I want one too one day, lol.
Yeah I hate buying clothing, and if I had a choice I rather wear a uniform all the time - just like Einstein had the same wardrobe in his closet. If comes to getting ready I can do it in 5-10 minutes. We have this joke between my and my hobby, who is the woman in the family, lol. So feels good to be shifted to the better side Max? Good for you! Anna :)
Anything for you, girl :)!
lol yes, I am a fighter lol :D. I agree this type of fight is good for everybody: No More Chemicals!! We want our food clean!! lol
Medication is bad, indeed *nodding*.
You hate buying clothes? Oh my...lol. I love buying clothes, although I don't have the patience for it (that is why I don't shop much. When I do I buy all that I need for a long time, that way I don't have to go back there lol) *nodding*! And I don't trust catalogue shopping...so I don't do it either. But I do love clothes lol :D. 5-10 minutes, really?! I can take one hour to get ready...oops lol.
LOL LOL so, your hubby takes longer than you, huh? That is so nice :D.
It feels mighty good to have shifted to the better side, Anna...mark my words ;).
Cheers
I'm with you on the puzzles and mind games - I love them too!
I enjoyed tour post - cant' want to see number 7!
Kathy
LOL LOL LOL I know exactly what you mean :)!
Oh yeah, I hate unconfortable clothes myself *nodding*! And it seems like the world is against us, for it is so hard to find decent clothes nowadays lol...
Don't mention it :)!
Cheers
On your #1 - You are lucky with your dreams, I think. I know I dream, but never remember them.
#4 - I agree. I sometimes will read several recipes for a meal, then close them all and do it my own way. Then when someone likes my cooking and asks for the recipe, I don't know what to tell them.
Funny that you liked the lips on my post about lead in lipstick and thought you could duplicate them by eating beets! If you do, please post pictures! What do you think about the makeup job on my December 15th post?
-Will
I'm glad we'll be having a white Christmas... at least it looks like it now. :-)
Yes the lips photo was kind of cool, but not sure if I have the type of lips for any type of dressing, including beats, but yes anything to make you laugh. I will definitely check out your makeup job post, just starting imagine what I am going to see - a plastered face, lol. Thanks again for visit, as I said on other posts you are probably very busy lately, however, all your visits and knowledgeable comments are always appreciated. Thanks, Anna :)
