God Made Dads

'God took the strength of a mountain
The majesty of a tree
The warmth of a summer sun
The calm of a quiet sea
The generous soul of nature

The patience of eternity

Hi Anna...

We love the photo...and were admiring some of your bird pics (CG loves ‘em and so do I)

It seems to me that the quote best suits anthropomorphic descriptions of God...human fathers (even the best) falter at too many points of this list (Abraham for example was a disaster as a father)...however Happy Father’s Day to the fathers out there!

That's a beautiful tulip, Anna. We have ground squirrels here that eat tulips. Almost can't plant them in some places around here. Our yard is safe as we flood irrigate parts of it and the little squirrel devils don't like that so they go live elsewhere.
